Yield: 16 small squares


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the pan

Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. Melt peanut butter and butter

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and butter together, stirring until smooth.
You can also microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

3. Add powdered sugar

Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until fully combined and smooth.

4. Set the fudge

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

5. Slice and serve

Lift fudge from the pan and slice into squares.


Simply Made Tip

For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt or swirl melted chocolate on top before chilling. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for best texture.
