Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars (Easy & Irresistible)

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Chocolate Topping

  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the pan

Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. Make peanut butter base

In a large bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.

3. Press into pan

Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.

4. Melt chocolate topping

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

5. Add chocolate layer

Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.

6. Chill and slice

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Lift from pan and slice into bars.


Simply Made Tip

For clean slices, let the bars sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before cutting. Use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts for bakery-style edges.
