Ingredients
Crust
- 25 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 1/2 cups crushed candy canes
- Optional: 1–2 drops red food coloring (for light pink swirl)
Topping
- Extra whipped topping
- Crushed candy canes
- Chocolate curls or shaved chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until coated. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Freeze 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and mix.
- Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Stir in crushed candy canes.
- Optional: Add 1–2 drops of food coloring and swirl gently.
- Spread filling into pie crust.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add whipped topping, more candy cane pieces, and chocolate curls before serving.
