Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes (microwave melting)

Chill Time: 15 minutes

Yield: About 20 pieces

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 8–10 mini pretzel sticks (for snowman arms)
  • Candy eyes
  • Orange M&M’s or large sprinkles (for noses)
  • Mini M&M’s or sprinkles (for buttons)
  • Optional: black icing gel for mouths

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Microwave white chocolate in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Create the snowman “puddles”: Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer, then use a spoon to create little round puddles where each snowman will be placed.
  4. Decorate quickly: Before the chocolate sets, add two candy eyes, one orange M&M nose, pretzel stick arms, and 2–3 mini M&M buttons to each snowman.
  5. Add mouths if desired: Use black gel icing to draw tiny smiles after the bark has set.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the bark is firm.
  7. Break into pieces: Snap or cut into sections so each piece has at least one snowman.

Simply Made Tip

White melting wafers work best for a smooth finish and clean snap. If using chocolate chips, add 1–2 teaspoons of coconut oil to help them melt evenly and prevent thick clumping.
