Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

Chicken Filling

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Sliders

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the tops together and bottoms together.
  4. Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top layer of rolls back on.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley over the tops.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the sliders are hot and the tops are golden.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Simply Made Tip

For extra melty, gooey sliders, cover the baking dish with foil for the first 10 minutes of baking — then uncover for the final 8–10 minutes to toast the tops perfectly.
