Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 6 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Assemble sliders: Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Layer ingredients: Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom half, add turkey, and top with cheese slices. Place the top halves back on.
  4. Prepare glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush and bake: Brush glaze over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes, until golden and melty.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

💡 Simply Made Tip:

If you’re using leftover cranberry sauce, try mixing in a spoonful of Dijon mustard or a pinch of orange zest — it adds a bright flavor that pairs beautifully with the turkey and cheese!
