Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- 6 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Assemble sliders: Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Place the bottom halves in the dish.
- Layer ingredients: Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom half, add turkey, and top with cheese slices. Place the top halves back on.
- Prepare glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
- Brush and bake: Brush glaze over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes, until golden and melty.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
