Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 oz) box chicken stuffing mix
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 cup frozen green beans or mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Make the sauce:
In a bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. - Add to slow cooker:
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Spread evenly. - Add stuffing:
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top. Do not stir. - Cook:
